A lifelone entrepreneur, Sandra became a Realtor in 2006 after four successes with startups and large implementations previous. Early on in her real estate career, Sandra found personal reward in working within the industry, and either lead, or was a valuable part of the teams that revolutionized the industry.
In 2008, Sandra began mentoring new Realtors, and has created and delivered dozens of successful seminars, coaching sessions and events resulting in a markable increase in productivity by the Realtors she's worked with.
In 2011, Sandra became the Director of the Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board where she helped introduce a new MLS platform, supported the board through significant change within the organized industry, and assisted in the conception and early implementation of ORTIS - a collaboration of real estate boards sharing MLS data to provide a better experience for the industry.
In 2017, Sandra became a non-selling managing broker for a large branch of over 100 Realtors in the west Greater Toronto Area. In her two years as a managing broker, Sandra revolutionized processes, was continuously successful at recruiting, P&L management, and supporting Realtors through their day-to-day businesses as well as increasing productivity and brokerage culture.
In 2020, Sandra moved to the brokerage's corporate head office, and now manages the Professional Development department with key responsibilities in successful implementation and adoption of the brokerages tech strategy as well as cultural engagement of the company's 4 brokerages and 1500+ realtors across Canada.
