I'm Christine Nieva, I'm 29 years old residing in Washington DC. I've been a licensed Realtor for 4 years now, but actually 2.5 years full time. My previous career of 8 years I was an Operating Room nurse and after a major life changing motor vehicle accident at the end of 2017, it was that moment after recovery was when I decided to take a leap of faith, leave my previous career, and pursue a full time career in business with real estate. I've been a solo producer with no assistant up until this year.
I've been recently recognized in March 2020 as NAR's rising star in real estate in 30 Under 30 for 2020, I'm a council member for Forbes Real Estate, was featured in Top Agent Magazine in May, and a new one with Washingtonian Magazine’s Top Real Estate Agents in July 2020. What drives me to constantly grow is remembering my roots coming to the US with my family with only $200 in our pocket in 2001, making something worthwhile for family name, and financially supporting my family back home. I truly have a passion for people and serving my community through real estate.
As a solo producing Realtor, I am looking into closing around $25-30M by the end of 2020.
